Your process, built once, run governed
Most regulated work is not a question. It is a procedure: collect the inputs, apply the method, check the result, route it to the person who signs. The Workflow Builder lets you build that procedure once, on a visual canvas, and run it the same way every time, under full governance.
Workflow anatomy
What a workflow is made of
A workflow is composed from typed building blocks, each doing one job. When your methodology changes, you adjust the workflow, not a vendor roadmap.
Inputs
Text, files, selections, numbers, and dates collected at run time.
AI steps
Reading and writing grounded on assigned sources, with citations retained.
Logic
Conditions, repeated work, parallel checks, and governed routing.
Human checkpoints
Accountable review with every decision, reason, deadline, and escalation logged.
Deterministic calculation
Exact, repeatable arithmetic for sampling, materiality, and reconciliation.
Connections
Files, outside systems, and onward steps receive the governed result.
Starting the approved workflow
Describe the process. Refine the canvas.
Start with the work as your team explains it. The assistant turns the steps, evidence, checks, handoffs, and approvals into a visible workflow your team can inspect, test, and change.

Citations travel the whole way
When several steps run in sequence, extract, then analyze, then draft, the final output carries citations from every step. A claim in the last document traces back through each stage to its source. If a step finds no relevant source, it says so rather than passing an unsourced answer forward.
Running it is simple
The people who run a workflow never see the canvas. They answer its questions step by step, watch the progress, and receive the cited result. Every finished run is kept and can be reopened and replayed, with every input, output, citation, and decision preserved.
Change stays controlled
Update a rule, source, handoff, or approval without losing the earlier method. Versions remain attached to their runs, so an auditor can see exactly which workflow produced each result.
